Do you have 3 years experience or more working as a pensions administrator with final salary and/or Money Purchase arrangements? With approximately 3 years experience you will have gained a comprehensive grounding in the operation of pension schemes, pensions legislation, calculation methods and processes associated with final salary, money purchase and mixed benefit schemes. You will have had responsibility for checking the calculation and processes of junior colleagues and will have developed confident pension scheme administration abilities. You will be a skilled IT user and have exceptional communication and client skills and will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop strong working relationships with client contacts. Ideally you will be progressing well with professional pensions qualifications.
