Our client is a leading third party administrator based in Birmingham Operation. They have an opportunity for an experienced senior pensions administrator to join their team based in the city centre.
You will be working with a team of pensions administration specialists delivering a quality administration service to a portfolio of clients with both DB and DC schemes. You will be responsible for overseeing and checking the work of junior administrators and also peer reviewing processes and calculations. You will have regular contact with clients and members and will also be involved in Trustee, client and administration meetings as appropriate. In addition you will be leading on the resolution of internal and external queries and ensuring you complete work to agreed SLA’s.
Candidates will need to have 4+ years experience of pensions administration from either a third party administrator or in house team. You will be an experienced checker and have a thorough grounding in DB and/or DC administration processes, calculations and legislation. Some progress in professional examinations is desirable
