Our client, a highly respected and growing firm of pensions consultants and actuaries, have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join their team in Birmingham. Following an internal promotion, one of the main teams, looking after the pensions administration for a key DC client and also a portfolio of DB clients, are looking for an experienced pensions administrator with strong DC skills but a good foundation knowledge in all aspects of DB and DC pensions administration.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry from either a third party or in house team, with a bias preferably towards DC skills. You will have supervisory experience, having overseen calculations and processing of junior administrators.
Your technical knowledge should be sound and up to date and you will preferably have made progress with your professional examination studies. Full support will be given to your completion of the professional pensions examinations.
You will have strong clients skills and be able to identify opportunities for increasing non-recurring income and ensure all billings are up to date. You will have excellent IT skills and be a strong communicator at all levels, working well within a team environment.
