Our client is a leading International household organisation and they have an opportunity for a Pensions Operations Manager within their in house team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and control of all services delivered by the team to the members and trustees. Your experience of managing clients and delivery of a quality and professional service will be essential to the role. Along with your key pensions knowledge and experience, you will need to show an enthusiasm for the development and motivation of teams. You will have a drive to succeed and improve and demonstrate that you can encourage and inspire others to the same goals.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years in the pensions industry and also have progressed with professional examinations. It is essential that you will be able to demonstrate successful management and motivation of pensions teams either from an in house or third party background. You will have an enthusiasm for the pensions industry and a passion for delivering a quality service.
