This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior pensions administrator to join this growing and respected pensions consulting actuaries and third party administrator.
In this role you will be identifying resourcing needs and skill gaps required to meet the high level of quality of service clients schemes have come to expect. You will use your pensions administration and project management skills to take an overview on targets, SLA’s and projects undertaken on each administration team ensuring targets and timescales are being met and reacting appropriately to resourcing needs.
You will also use your technical skills to roll out any training needs to administration teams and where appropriate clients following changes to legislation or processes.
This will be an internal role focussing on project planning, organisation and creating an effective and strong overall team. The role will report into the Administration manager.
