The role will include preparation of manual and computer generated benefit calculations and related correspondence, communication with clients, their employees and former employees and advisers, attendance at client and prospect meetings, renewal of renewal of life contracts, liaising with insurers as appropriate, the carrying out and checking of cash handling and accounting functions to client pension and related arrangements, liaising with bank and investment managers as appropriate, processing and checking of client pensioner payrolls, including calculation of net pay, arranging payments, liaison with tax offices and preparation of year end returns. Liaison with authorities including DWP, HMRC, The Pensions Regulator, Information Commissioner etc, the reading, research and understanding of paperwork relating to each scheme for example deeds.Candidates will need to have 5+ years experience of pensions administration, with a minimum of 12 months PPF/wind up practive.
