To assist all other colleagues within the Company when requested. • To maintain office cover as agreed with the Pensions Administration Team Leaders.Candidates will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience in the pensions industry and have the following key skills: • Working knowledge of the requirements of the Pensions Act 1995. • Good working knowledge of the requirements of the Finance Act 2004. • Knowledge of the benefit structures/basis for all of the Schemes. • Awareness of the time limits imposed by the Service Level Agreements and payroll. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. • Good communication (verbal and written) and numeracy skills. • Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage own time and resources effectively. • Good team player with proactive and flexible approach to work. • Ability to work with skill and initiative.
