• Ensuring the smooth running of the administration for both DB and DC; with particular responsibility for ensuring the computer systems operate effectively;
• Providing technical support to the administration team
• Oversee the effective operation of the Aviary accounting/cashbook system;

• Good technical pensions knowledge of both DB and DC;
• Preferably a PMI qualification, particularly QPA, but progress with APMI also accepted;
• Experience with a recognised computer admin system (ideally PS Pensions);

The key requirement of the job is to ensure all Pensions administration is carried out in accordance with Service Level Agreement requirements for each customers Pension Schemes. Additional responsibilities include:
• To ensure all Pensions administration is carried out in accordance with the Rules of each customers Pension Schemes and in accordance with the requirements of the Pensions Act 1995, Finance Act 2004 and any other relevant legislation.
